Our KS1 School Council

Even though we are an Infant School and our children are very young we feel that it is important that our children have their views represented. Our council is made up of elected representatives from each class in years 1 and 2; reception contributions are received in writing from their class teachers. The council meets at least every half term with Mrs Mason to discuss issues raised at class councils and to give the children an opportunity to share their ideas about proposed improvements to the school. Our School Council makes a valuable contribution towards the continued success of Boldmere Infant and Nursery School.
